Transaction Report Display

Please fill the periode time of transaction report that you wish to see in START DATE and END DATE with a format:

     mm/dd/yy   ->    Example: 12/31/05, for 12 December 2005

For Pagination , it is show how many lines of report you wish to see:

   - 10 : 10 lines in a page
   - 20 : 20 lines in a page
   - no pagination : Show all transactions in that periode of time
